Noesis Interactive is ready to bring the Steam community a little treat for aspiring Source mod creators. As a company that holds an impressive library of Source engine tutorials made "by gamers, for gamers", Noesis Interactive is ready to hit Steam in a big way.
Thanks to a close working relationship with Valve, the company has been creating the "Mod Your World" series of tutorials for distribution via Steam. Sean Watt, Noesis Interactive's Marketing Director had this to say.

We created our series to teach gamers how to integrate their own characters, create custom levels, we cover in depth just about every area of the "Source" engine and Hammer. Our goal has always been to teach people interested in creating their own content how to do so for their favorite games. In addition to their tutorials for the Source SDK, they also have a number of DVD's available for creating models using Softimage|XSI and AutoDesk Maya. There is no set date for the tutorials to appear on Steam, but once we know we'll be sure and pass along the news to you. Until then, feel free to check out a teaser for the "Mod Your World" Steam tutorials.
