If you are longing to mentally escape these mortal coils into places you can't even imagine imagining. If your brain wants to experience altered reality on the scale of the 314th dimension then start this download go outdoors and look at the sky and shout at the top of your lungs: "YOU ARE INFINITELY BORING AND I AM SICK OF YOUR GODAWFUL LOOMING OVER ME LIKE THAT!". Then go inside and get ready to enjoy the first SURREAL mappack from the mappers at forums.joe.to.

i don't play cs as much lately but since they are joe.to people i checked it out. i have to say, these are the most creative maps i've ever seen for any game. every one of them is well done, different, unique. everyone should check these out whether they even play CS or not. if mapping had an awards show, this pack would definitely get nominated. good job guyz!!!

I'm happy everytime I find a server where de_vegas and de_prodigy are still in the map rotation and aren't skipped by an admin as soon as they show up. And I don't forget cs_backalley, cs_747 or cs_estate.

The poeple responsible for the votemap pluggin should be tied to a chair and subjected to 24/7 playing of de_dust2 and de_aztec in various order (!) as are all people playing on that kind of servers.

nipper's server runs the maps, and i've seen them a few other places. but yeah, it takes a pretty hardcore bunch of admins plus a supportive community to run a custom map server

I haven't played CS online since bots became part of the program. Nothing ruins a good game like other people running it and/or playing it. Personally, I miss CS_Rio and DE_Predator.

I help to operate and administrate a full map rotation CSS server, no end of map votes, only user triggered "rock-the-votes" that I think (don't wanna check right now) are set to 60% or more...even admins don't skip the maps. The server is almost always full in the evenings, and often during the days as well.



As of right now we do not run these maps...but I can see it as a possibility in the future if people request them.



Oh yeah...we run 4 bots when the server is empty and that still doesn't stop people.

It's hard enough in 1.6 trying to get new and different maps that actually have objectives...



...but in Source it's impossible. You're either playing dust2, office, or some gungame map.

based on what I commented before, it's not an impossibility to run a full rotation server. just rare to go with a full custom rotation server...

I don't usually post ip's on public forums or comments unless there's a thread or forum specifically for it, it takes away from whoever runs it and may have a server. It's mostly a respect thing....but I will say most of the server I help administrate are under the name GameConnect...admins can delete this if they want, I'll understand if they find it necessary to do so.
