Nightmare House 2 Media Release

Another Half-Life 2 mod with "night" in its title, Nightmare House 2 gives a little love in the form of new pictures, map releases, and other goodies. Based off of a map pack released a couple of years back for Half-Life 2, the Nightmare House 1 series of maps are now quite widely available for download.

The NH2 storyline is somewhat a sequel to the first NH. This time, you will find yourself in an abandoned asylum, where your character, a perfectly normal, ordinary man, is enclosed in a padded cell, without even knowing how he got there. The cell-door suddenly unlocks, and you find yourselves all alone in the facility, searching for the way out� And the way?.. Well, the way is going to be more horrifying than ever before. After a couple of minutes, it will be hard to tell what's real and what's a dream.

That almost sounds a bit like the plot to Manhunt 2, not that it's a bad thing. The mod's new media can be found below.

Now this sounds like a more compelling SAW esque concept.
