Deep breath everybody, as it's time once again for The Ridiculously Long Lasting Stride Xfire Cup 2007! The Xfire crew is looking for your help before the event kicks off on March 29th. They need your input to select the final team to compete in The Ridiculously Long Lasting Stride Xfire Cup 2007.

Help is needed in selecting the eighth and final team to compete in The Ridiculously Long Lasting Stride Xfire Cup 2007. Seven of the top eight North American teams are set to battle for $24,000 in cash over the next four months. A community vote deciding the final slot. The vote is between Check-Six, Flow, Forbidden, Revolution Sports and United 5. The seven teams already voted in are Complexity, EFG, EG, Hyper, JMC, Team 3D and Verge.

As mentioned in the press release, the events will be broadcast live and opportunities will arise that will allow lucky winners the chance to play with and against the pros. Stride Xfire Cup 2007

Stride and Xfire, a match made in gaming heaven. This is made all the more apparent with news of the upcoming Stride Xfire Cup Counter-Strike Finals hitting my inbox. The best part? The games begin tomorrow (June 19)!



As noted, the event begins on the 19th and will run until June 21. In addition to the final rounds of the CS: Source tournament (between compLexity and JMC), a number of community events and give-aways will take place all three days of the event. The compLexity and JMC clans are also gearing up for a live chat with a few lucky participants. All you need to do is visit the "Chat" section on the event page and follow the easy instructions to sign up for a spot.
