    ServerSlots Launching

So there I was, minding my own business when all of a sudden I see I get an email from rizzuh! "Oh my, it must be my lucky day," I exclaimed to myself as I rush to my Inbox. What treasures did my mail hold in store for me? Why, it was an announcement that Serverslots.com is primed and ready to open its doors to the world. They even have a handy press release that details the specifics of the upcoming BETA test of the system (which just happens to begin on March 5th).

So you're one of those types that likes to know what a website is all about before getting excited, are you? Fine, here's a bit from the aforementioned press release that should explain to you what the site is all about.
Server slots is a new way to rent game servers. There are no subscriptions, no contracts and no monthly fees to worry about; you just pay for the server time you use. How does this work? After creating an account with Server Slots, you can purchase credits using our online payment system. Booking a server is simple, just select the time and date that you would like to start and the game you would like to play. Once booked, you can set your server options via our config manager, or upload your own configuration files.
Happy now? I know I am.

That's what I say when I get free viagra emails.

With this, one can make a connection between free viagra and Rizzuh.

Is this site dying? How many hits do you guys get anymore? I know I still check the site daily, or thereabouts.

I think Valve's lack of news in regards to CS is killing both CS and this site. Do we even HAVE a CS development team, or is it just random odd people who work on it in their spare time when they're not busy doing their real job of adding additional languages to Steam, or ads to 1.6? Ads, no matter what your opinion on them are, aren't really bug fixing or feature adding or new map making or whatever.

I'm starting to think there ISN'T a CS team and Valve is hoping we don't notice.
