TSN & CEVO Part Ways

Anyone that is involved with the esports scene knows the relationship between TSN Radio & CEVO Gaming League. This is why the news today came as such a shock to a lot of people out there. I will just let the words do the talking:

Unfortunately, we feel that the relationship between Team Sportscast Network and CEVO has deteriorated to the point that we do not consider it effective to continue negotiations at this time. Effective immediately, TsN no longer has our consent to cover CEVO-generated content. This will remain in effect until further notice.

Obviously, something behind the scenes went down between these two powerhouses and we will never know the full story I am sure. I am very sad to never here TsN|Andrew voice getting high pitched over a CEVO-P match again!

I went in not knowing what happened, but what I read of that story has TsN saying "gg" and encouraging mass e-mails for no real reason. I've been a fan of TsN for a while, but I don't think their CEO's reaction is very appropiate and certainly doesn't match his title.



But then again, I acted like an immature dolt on this site for seven years and it hasn't hurt me!!

Agreed Rizz - There is always a story behind the story - On the front pages people like TsN and CEVO will act professional but we all are smart enough to know there is something going on in the background.
