Dark Messiah Coming to Steam

Have you been wondering if Dark Messiah would be coming to Steam? Well, you can wonder no longer. Dark Messiah of Might and Magic is most certainly set to appear on Steam when the game is released in October.

Today Valve, creators of the Steam broadband gaming platform, announced that it has partnered with Ubisoft to bring the highly anticipated action role playing title Dark Messiah of Might & Magic to the Steam online distribution service when the product is launched worldwide in October 2006.



"I am a long-time fan of the Might & Magic franchise," said Gabe Newell, president and co-founder of Valve. "Valve is delighted to have Dark Messiah of Might & Magic on Steam's growing list of new releases for the holiday season. But, more importantly, I just can't wait to play it."

Nothing official until now. As of yesterday even some of the Valve Cyber Cafe guys had no idea if they'd be distributing the game via Steam.

looks like oblivion but not as good as graphic.

$50 seems quite expensive if you ask me.

It's not like Oblivion at all. This is designed at a FPS but with minor RPG elements. It's a lot of fun, and there is a demo out there.



It's also a full-fledged game ala: Half-Life 2, so $50 isn't too much...

$50 isn't expensive. It's basically a regular priced game.
