In continuing with the greatness that is the free trial period for Steam games, Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 will be featuring their own free week soon!
Red Orchestra is geared towards the fans of "realistic" first-person shooters. There are no crosshairs, only iron sights and free aim. There is no bunny hopping and it does take a bit of time for some people to fall in love with the game. So give it a try, and if you don't like it at first, keep playing throughout the free week. It usually takes a bit for people to see just how much fun the game really is.
Tripwire Interactive is pleased to announce a free full-game trial for Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45. From Wednesday August 2 through Monday August 7, players can download and play the full multiplayer game via Steam. Some of these new features include smoke grenades, a new map (Lyes Krovy), improvements to the tank reloading system, and two additional weapons. All of this on top of a number of bug fixes.
The free trial will come on the heels of Red Orchestra’s soon to be released Free Booster Pack. The original game features 13 maps, 28 weapons and 14 crewable vehicles. Just 4 months after release, the Free Booster Pack and previous updates add a large number of new features.
