Update: We now have a CS-Nationalist
mirror up if you're so inclined. You can find that right here.
The trailer is up on Filecloud right now in all its hi-def glory. Also of note is that there are new technologies seen in the trailer including phong shading (introduced in the last DoD:S update) and dynamic shadows (watch the Pyro portion carefully). There is also self-shadowing on the player models that are quite apparent on the Engineer, Scout, and Pyro. And lastly there seems to be some new water technology in use (See the 42nd second).
All good things are found out before they're supposed to come out, and the Team Fortress 2 trailer (GameSpot link) is certainly no exception. Stop reading, get to downloading the trailer (before it appears on Steam at 11AM Pacific time today), and gawk at some screen captures while you wait!
And the rest of the crew! The sooner this game is released, the better the world will be.
