Portal Trailer

The first trailer for Portal (one of the games shipping with Episode 2 later this year) is now available at GameSpot. The trailer shows just a glimpse of what the full game is all about. The game mainly involves solving puzzles using some quick thinking and a nifty little tool that creates the portals to your salvation.



There are some additional download links at Xboxyde that feature higher resolutions for those without GameSpot accounts. Update: Filecloud has a mirror!



Update #2: Doug Lombardi has passed along word that the Team Fortress 2 trailer will be released at 11AM PDT tomorrow!

My first reaction was... HOLY S**T!!!?? IS THAT GAME ON THE SOURCE ENGINE? I never imagine it would look this ultra-realistic! The motion blur and depth of field really made the game look like a CG movie instead of a video game!!! LOOKS SOOO THE 1337 OWNAGE!!! The coolest and the most realistic game I've ever seen(except for when VALVe release the new Half-Life 2: Episode 2 trailer.) =D That video was soo funny and ownage at the same time, be freakin sweet if you can combine portals to make a really big portal. Can't wait to get my hands on teh Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device and start doing crazy a$$ 1337 OWNAGE s**t with it! The best and most innovative weapon/device along with the Manipulator.
