That's right HL2Mapping is back in action. From the looks of it they're just getting back on their feet. Geostigma from HL2Mapping had this to say:

If you previously had visited the site and didn't like a few people or certain rules please drop by and try again. There are new rules in place and considering I'm running the show people shouldn't be really all that disapointed on to how things are run. Im going to keep things fun and simple and the only thing you wont have to worry about is flaming and spamming. How ever I expect everyone to act mature.
Currently we have a mediocre sized tutorial area filled with an assortment of 18 tutorials. Come and take a look if your beginning with mapping as alot of them are oriented for alot of basic stuff. We also have complex tutorials in there for people who like playing around with different settings within hammer and giving that extra umph when your playing a map you made. Single player or multiplayer.
