The weekly Steam news update for the week came out just a few hours ago. The news details a bit about the currently ongoing free weekend for Day of Defeat: Source and the rapidly approaching release of the first episode for SiN.
Day of Defeat: Source free weekend is currently underway, so if you'd like to check it out and you haven't yet, this weekend is your chance. Until Midnight PST on Sunday February 12th, you can play the full version of the game for free. Just double-click on the game in your Steam games list. Right now, there are close to five times the normal number of people playing, so it shouldn't be hard to find a good match.I haven't had a chance to dive into the Day of Defeat madness yet this weekend, but from what I'm hearing it's been a fairly large success. I'm sure I'll find some time this weekend to see what the trial users are saying first hand. Can't wait for the first of the SiN Episodes!
The Sin Episodes web site has been updated, and they've released a new trailer for their game to check out. If you haven't seen it already, head on over to their downloads site. Looks like they are just about ready to get their first episode out the door.
