Dude... Not needed... I"m not going to bash you about it but think before you post... $2,201.00 = current price of this post... But, all the money will help those people rebuild their houses, get food. I help at Red Cross and its sad to see these people without homes, their pets, family members etc... This is such a great thing Valve is doing. I really think this is like totally awesome. Every penny as I put it that can go towards Red Cross helps these people and I say if the people got the money for this, freaking kick ass! I think of this more as a donation than a bidding war. So its like LIVE 8 except how much did they make for poverty?, And how much ended up being put into it?, there was a thing on the news about it. If they put all the money from LIVE 8 into poverty they could make the poverty country's disease free and give them clean water 3 times over! have you seen any change???, guess what?, they didnt spend half the money!. The money goes to the government... Who guess what???? Make the money!, if the government of each country really really wanted to make poverty and now the flooding(which they knew would happen eventually...) and wanted to help the people out, they could!. But wait why would they wanna do that life would be boring then right?

Kudos to Valve for looking out for the hungry, sick and dead. Last Christmas it was the Tsunami, this year it's North Americas turn to play with water.

This is all just a big publicity stunt by VALVe to try to distract us from all the bugs in CS:S that they're not fixing while they do this crap for a bunch of people who chose to live where a hurricane could get to them. Once again, VALVe is trying to screw us all over. Who would pay over $500 for that? Who cares about a few crappy posters when we still don't have Lost Coast?



Haha... just had to make an attempt to imagine how a die-hard VALVe hater could twist this around. :) This is a really cool gesture by VALVe, and it's good when stuff like this goes for ridiculously high prices, because that money isn't so much just for the poster as it is to benefit those in need.

One of the few things that Valve has accomplished which no asshole can ever flame about. Astonishing job, Valve.

I'd pay a 100 bucks for any of the others. Although I'd be happy with just a 20 dollar poster (as long as it isn't folded like the CS:S poster...which is of CS:S anyways so nobody cares).

This is a very expensive lithograph. I dont pay this much for Ursula Vernon's originals.
