Xaphan for SourceMod

Metamod: Source has just seen the release of its first mod independent admin plugin. The plugin, called Xaphan boasts a handful of enhanced admin functionality while running any Source game server. The enhanced functionality isn't hindered by a lot of the unnecessary fluff that is common among other Source admin plugins (sorry to those who actually enjoy the Quake sounds).
