You might also want to mention that there's also a "Counter-Strike 1 Anthology" (http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/258778.asp). I'm not sure how that works though, because I'd assume the HL1 Anthology unlock sall of Valve's "back catalogue" (all HL1-gen products) and it's the same prices as CS1 Anthology.

I've just noticed HL1: Anthology doesn't mention CS:1.6 or any other version at all, so I gues it's safe to assume it doesn't come with it and probably under steam is considered a new diffrent package than say the old retail HL which gave you CS.

              Does HL1-Antholgoy include HL:S?

Btw i would preferred 1.6 to source.Source got too many awpwhores both close, medium and range. They seem to hit you matter how much you dodge.

^ If you knew how to play CS, you would use a smoke grenade and/or some flashbangs you silly boy...

Anyhoo - I think this is the package that comes with DOD:S, and I guess they released the anthology to update the original hl series, remember that bringing out hl2 actually extended the original half-life 'life cycle' in the way that people who enjoyed it, and never actually played the original, would go out and buy the original. :-)

Like it does much. FBs never seem to work and all the smoke will do is lag you and they seem to see right through it anyway. AWP whores are unavoidable and ruin the game, and you probably are one. :<<<

If that's the case, then it seems silly not to opt for the classic HL Platinum Package released under the old Sierra label (probably in quickly diminishing supply!) because that gives you a few "back catalogue"-enabled CD keys. I think. This whole WON>Steam, Vivendi>EA thing is so damn confusing.

Nice... they will ship this package just after fucking with source with the latest updates that just screwed cs:source for lots of people.

                      Now that's marketing!

Still! CS 1.6 is way more popular than CSS!
