TAU CS:S Calls it Quits

Owner of Texas Area Untouchables, Paul, has just announced in a blog post on My Amped that TAU are no longer going to play Counter-Strike: Source, which was the last active TAU division.

TAU is officially done with Source. This means we no longer have any divisions playing any games. For the forseeable future things will be staying that way. I don't have time, nor interest in keeping up the ghost. I have been enjoying the freelance work and time with family. I will still be around hoping for something uber cool to come out. :) Cross your fingers with me.



To all who care, sorry to leave without finishing the season. The season is pretty much pointless with the CPL's decision. I know that not everyone feels that way but we have always been about the highest competitive game and scene. Thanks for everyone's support. To everyone who played for TAU... THANKS!. We had a blast and enjoyed your friendships.

And about the site, what is with the Skin of the Day? Picture of the Day?, etc. Weird that CSN is getting a bit lazy and we see a change in that stuff around every 2 weeeks.
