    Comic Bonanza

Webcomic creator Mike (aka: SectorShaft) has put together his own series of Counter-Strike oriented funnies dubbed Counter Chronicles. The series updates every couple of days and is done using Garry's Mod.

Another CS oriented webcomic entitled Enpwnment also made its debut recently. The comic, created by Hervard also utilizes Garry's Mod for the positioning and features a different style of presentation comapred to Counter Chronicles.

Perhaps you'll find a bit of amusement out of one or both of these new webcomics to hit the scene.

I can't imagine these having a long-lasting future, but a few of them were enjoyable for the moment. Kind of a CS twist to a penny-arcade feel for Enpwnment, which wasn't too bad. Counter Chronicles wasn't exactly my cup of tea, but that's kind of the nature of comics... depending on the person, it's hit or miss.

PHW Comics specializes in HL2 comics if you're interested in other comics made with Garry's Mod... some of them are riddiculously horrible and lame, but there are a few really well-done comics in there, with Apostacy being one of the best in terms of quality. Not humor content for that one though, but a few others are kinda funny.

Anyway, good work to these guys, and keep it up. :)

Some people like certain comics and some people don't. From what I can tell, machinima comics are usually a bit more looked down upon than hand-drawn ones, especially Garry's Mod-created ones. They are certainly a hit-or-miss for people. Everyone's got their own opinion, so that's cool. Enjoy what you like, and don't enjoy what you don't.

Thanks for the publicity, by the way, CS-Nation .
