In response to complaints over the lack of a new SOTD or POTD, check out the submission pages and you'll realize that we're not getting anything to review or update the site with. I'm itching to get new content too, but unfortunately it's just not possible at the moment.

There are pleanty of good MMORPGs out there, planetside imo doesn't have a great deal of appeal long term. Try some other ones, I like ultima though its a little outdated these days, but there are some top ones available.

MMORPG's are akin to pushing a rock uphill, forever, and the rock gets heavier as it goes. (I'm pretty sure that's one the hells in Dante's Inferno). It's grinding for the sake of grinding, to get more money to buy more things to kill more monsters to get more money to buy more things. It's a huge graphical chat room where you invest time to get things to impress other people in the same game. A big one upmanship penii waving excersise in futility, and the only winner is the publisher. MMORPG's are jobs - work, as in the opposite of play, which is what a game should be.
