They still sell CS:CZ, so that's not really the point I think.. They make more money on the new HL2 packages, yes that's for sure.. I think the main reason why gamedevelopers always focus on new stuff and not old is simple really, it's way more interesting to make totally new things then new things for old stuff so to say.. And I mean they supported HL-engine stuff for 5+ years, isn't that enough?? Time to move on people.. :p

1.6 purely sux (1.5 was ALWAYS the best). they felt bad and had too make the 1.6 people feel important, cal 1.6 will die before years end and if people don't move on, they 1) can't afford CSS 2) always had a warez version of cs 3) just plain suck or they can't afford a new comp or 4) fag fan boys of 1.6 (1.5 and beta 5.2 where the best STFU).Comment

There are still tons of complaints and so called 'problems' with source, if they updated 1.6/CZ more due to it being more popular and just updated source rarely they would loose money, if they update source so it pleases everyone with bug fixes ect., they will make money.

What gets to me is that people don't think on Valve's end. Everyone believes that if there is a bug, Valve can instantly fix it. Bug fixes take time to analyze and then develop a fix for it that is compatible with all types of computer configurations. I just say be patient; relax and have fun with what is already available because we all know that there is no other game to compare to the almighty Counter-Strike.Comment
