We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Thats unbelivable that you couldnt shoot people in arms before. That is somethign that should have been worked out before the beta even. The fact that they are just NOW adding that is insulting. Shooting people and hitting them with bullets is the primary part of CS's gameplay, the fact that it wasnt implemented untill know boggles my mind.
I guess im happy they fixed it tho. Hopefully the hitboxes will seem better with this.
but if Valve never said anything about it you would have never known...so don't complain!
and for the record does anyone actually think there will BE a CZ:Source....what are they going to port? CS:S already has a lot of what made CZ unique: the bots mainly. what else are they going to port, CZS:Source, lol give me a break, that was a pile of pants...hehehe.they will most probably take things like hostage AI from CZ and add it to CS:S
Do you know what they're paying for the Steam servers?
No idea, but this is why so many people hate steam, dont get me wrong its not a bad idea..no more patches and whatever else...but it pisses me off i paid them for a game, i should be able to play it whenever.
Is anyone else getting the "Bad Challenge" message or random inconsistency errors with the new patch? I'm seeing them each and every time I attempt to connect to any of the servers on my list.

yeah... i was like "wtf? i'll pwn you all anyday!"
I too get the bad challenge thing, just retry and you can get in most of the time. Unfortunatly steam deleted all my favorites and half the servers are lagged to hell. At least train and compound look nice. The new player model is so-so.
