Yeah I really think who ever thought that they would make computer games a sport are retarded. I mean how can you call it a sport lmao, sitting at your computer staring at a screen. Sure you compete in a virtual reality game but this shouldnt be classed as a sport. E-Sports haha. And don't come out with your comments saying i am ignorant, this is nothing but the truth, woh ever thought of the idea is just rediculous all in my opinion.

CS, Q3, UT ....... are all virtual reality games where you sit down and play in front of your computer for entertainment use only. Not a sport damn it. ... .can't you pple see that.....

All my opinion of course, so admins no deleting this post because you disagree ok?

Heh, funny how they compare it to the NFL, NBA and MLB, none of which have any control over their sports beyond the US. FIFA or the ICC would have been far better comparisons, but hey.

Very interesting idea. However the NFL, NBA, MLB all have finite amout of players. Online gamers will have infinte amout of players. I would hate to have the headache of managing that amout of players. The governing board would be huge to say the least. Someone gonna lose alot of sleep over this suggestion. Not me though, I'm a sandlot cyber-athlete. lol!
You don't have to register every single games player, much like the MLB doesn't register every person that ever picks up a baseball bat. All it needs to do is register those who want to play in a competetive league, which is easily manageable.
