In the start of the new year, it was reported that the SK-Gaming Counter-Strike division crew comprised of HeatoN, Potti, ahl, fisker, SpawN, and Hyper departed from the SK organization to instead reform Ninjas in Pyjamas. Obviously this was a huge setback to the once mighty SK as a whole, and couldn't have come at a worse time. However, it seems SK-Gaming is beginning to rebuild their structure, stone by stone.
Now it is time for us to reveal the new Counter-Strike squad. We did not want to rush the decision and we spent countless nights working on the best possible solution. We believe that one of the best teams last year was The Titans. Not only did they win ESWC in a very outstanding manner, they also finished second at WCG after a close final versus Team 3D.As stated, The Titans, a top international team, has merged with SK-Gaming to partially fill in the huge void left by HeatoN and company. While they may not be as glorious as the former SK.swe squad, they are certainly a very strong and worthy pickup nonetheless. You may read what Andreas "bds" Thorstensson, the directing manager, had to say on this matter.
We believe that these players under the name of SK can be even more successful both on and off the court!
