    HeatoN Interviewed

The one and only HeatoN spoke with Counter-Strike.nu regarding the re-formation of NiP, SK-Gaming, relationships with fellow teammates, future goals, and numerous other topics.
Do your parents follow your results and accomplishments and to they support your gaming life?

Sure, they are really proud of me and what I have done so far and I have a lot to thank them for, for supporting me so much, in the beginning they where really negative about it cause it effected the grades / My ice hockey training etc, but when they finally understood how big it was and how much I liked it, they started to support me as much as they could.
Let this interview be a lesson to all the responsible parents around the world who ripped out the computers of their son/daughter(s) after their 16th hour of Counter-Strike play. Shame on you! Shame on you all!

seriously.. what the problem with just calling it professional video gaming? Why are they so intent on trying to call this a sport? And what sport has "clans" anyway. Every sport I know of has teams.

            Team 3D

            Team United 5

            Team TEC

            Team DiE

            Team NoA

            Plenty of clans.

You fine people do know you can filter out esports related news pieces in your user preferences, correct?

Heaton keeps refering to Source:Pro Mode ... has that really even been discussed yet? I mean, like seriously... has Valve publicly back even an IDEA of a CSS Pro Mode?

Good point. I will try to avoid "esport" posts from now on. I thought there was supposed to be a separate site for this when CSnation first talked about carrying this kind of news? .. And it probably should be separate?

Anyway, I will try to stay out of these news posts from now on. Since I really have no interest in it anyway.

CPL Holland was Heaton's 1st big tournament victory.. Pretty cool, since I played in that CPL with my clan aswell.. Didn't get very far obviously.. I remember we had to play de_dust in the 1st round against some other l33t Swedish clan, who used the flashbang (throw in corner of wall to flash complete otherside) exploit on us contantly.. God, that truely sucked, and I hated de_dust ever since.. :P

Ohw, and I remember Fatal!ty got his ass kicked by some Russian dude in the Quake 3 compo.. He ended up 3rd because of that..
