Indeed, I have noticed that it can give terrorists an added incentive to rush at certain times on certain maps e.g. the pistol round of dust - but a bug is a bug and should be fixed as such :)

Valve never said there was gonna be 1 big December update.. It was a interview with 1 guy from Valve who said they were working on new stuff, and he expected it to be released in the December 'timeframe'.. This obviously didn't mean 1 big update in December, it meant new stuff in December and/or later (because anyone that doesn't realize by now Valve is always late with releases is an idiot).. But offcourse some in the community changed this in 'there will be 1 big December update blablabla', and everybody got their hopes up for nothing.. But anyway, we already got de_prodigy, so some of the new content they have already released.. The rest will probably follow soon, and probably spread it out over several smaller updates, don't expect 1 big update..
