The Return of NiP

On behalf of CS-Nation, Happy New Year! What a way to kick off things in the new year of 2005 by introducing the return of the legendary superclan, Ninjas in Pyjamas. It is indeed true; the legendary NiP has been reborn. Gamingeye has conducted an interview with the one and only HeatoN, who announced the departure of the entire SK.swe Counter-Strike squad (that includes the recent pickup of Hyper from EYEBALLERS). You've heard right, the infamous SK.swe squad of Potti, ahl, fisker, SpawN, Hyper, and HeatoN is no more. It should be noted the Gamingeye interview is in Swedish, however, eSLive has translated the interview in English.



For those still in disbelief, the official SK-Gaming website happened to confirm the resurrected NiP. Furthermore, there is yet another interview with HeatoN found on Gamers.nu regarding the matter. Read all about it.

UPDATE #2: To solidfy management, NiP has acquired a sports agent, Johan Strömberg, to join the organization. Strömberg has been the agent for several Swedish icehockey and soccer players previously. Click here for the full scoop.



UPDATE #3: SK-Gaming released an official statement regarding the SK.swe Counter-Strike squad departure. As expected, SK will be looking for a brand new lineup to fill in the shoes of the original SK.swe crew. It seems this year will be a rebuilding process for SK-Gaming.
