New Map from CAL

[CSN NewsBot]

The Cyberathlete Amateur League has unveiled a new map for Counter-Strike 1.6. The map, named de_contra, can be seen over at a gallery page at Gotfrag. Gotfrag has also taken an in depth look at the map, and they seem genuinely impressed with the way the map plays out.

The newest map in CAL's arsenal, as of today, might be the best ever at using this attribute. It also might be the best match map added to CS since de_cpl_mill.

For those of you who are interested, you can pick up the map from the CAL download page. At present there is no official word on whether or not this map will be used in future events, so stay tuned for updates. Thanks go out to member sry for the news submission.

But yeah that map looks like they tried to take Aztec and trow it CAL style.



Its interesting to see how its short for Ts to rush B, yet CTs will alwyas know they can and def should most likly be stronger there.



I predict strats were people go in at B and end up planting at A. Just like cabble or w/e that map is, w/e I never play CS.
