Right, you try building a program that can deal with the burden of hundreds of thousands of players at once, and you try configuring the network and you try dealing with all the pricks that cant wait two seconds for something to be released. Then you will see how VALVe is coping.

Weird. I had zero problems. Played since the very moment it was released, till 2:30am eastern. I ran a server off my PC, had some friends join, and played catch with just about anything you could think of. Kind of surprised to see so many people with problems. Sucks =(Comment

It's actually pretty fun. The physics objects definitely fly farther, perhaps to make the manipulator more useful in combat.Comment

hahaha noobs complaining 24-7... valve sued vivendi so they can get money for extra staff and server power... so just wait till that extra cash rolls in, then we wont have these gay lame "lag spikes" and 5 hour long connections to steam network. 1.5 cs owned 1.6 in that it never laged because won servers were better off then these low budget servers valve is running.
and its not like your missing out on anything speical guys... there is like 1-2 levels 5 player models to choose from and it lags like a mother trying to give birth while wearing battle armor and trying to run a marathon to the hospital.

only benefit is sdk modding galore... can make a level to your desire with mere ease (if you can read the tutorials and understand em).
wish they would just give us maya and 3dfx programs so we can make models and high tech shit but those programs cost like shit loads of money.Comment
