He does take it seriously because there are a lot more people who take it seriously as well.
I know people who won academy awards (I'm not making this up, although you probably think that I am--I don't really care either way), and I've actually told them, to their face, that I thought their past few films were of low quality and pretty bad. They don't threaten me because of it, they are secure enough to take it. Obviously TFG cannot take the heat and needs his band of followers to intimidate anyone who criticizes his films? That makes him seem more pathetic, rather than less (yes, I realize he didn't "ask" you to say anything, and you probably don't even know him, that's not my point).
It's the same type of thing I've seen in the past here. Some MODs get so angry when anyone criticizes VALVe... so what? Are you afraid they'll stop supporting your site if you don't get their back and make it clear that "CS:S is the best game ever"?
Please don't threaten me. If you want to ban me, do it -- it really won't make a difference to me. It will just make you seem even more childish and insecure in your own opinions.Comment
