I'll bet some divine intervention's going to occur and it's going to be delayed yet again. Another vulnerability exploit, perhaps? The Steam servers overloading? A cache of nuclear missiles explodes and wipes out half the world?



Maybe I'm wrong, and that VALVe's really has gotten their act together. But if I was a betting man, I'd bet against it.

wow... almost 70 dollars canadian for CS: Source and HL2... i think I am going to wait till it is released on the shelves and then wait for boxing day. or my birthday.

No, in a startling turn of events, Gabe and the rest of the Valve team finally decided they didn't want to pay utility bills, house notes, afford cars and kids and such and have decided that whoever bought CS years ago will get lifetime updates and free games for themselves as well as their future offspring. They will even train their own kids how to create CS updates for 30 and 40 years into the future. It's all about the original CS purchasers from now on.
