I didnt have time to explain before..but now i shall. Everyone should be available to win the "public". Its like a general contest for everyone. However, because nationalists payed some bling bling for all the special goodies...they ALSO get entered in the nationalist one. Nationalists shouldnt be punished for supporting csnation.
