Hmm it doesn't sound like DoD:Source will be released with HL2, for one thing it's not included in the CE retail box, which means it probably wont be ready when they ship the retail boxes.



Anyways, this is really cool that valve is doing this, however i'd much rather purchase a hard copy of HL2, oh well.

According to this no one will geta trip since no one will buy 5000 Gold packages.
