VU can OWN valve back in court. With jury case, Vivendi can shut down Steam and nullify all Steam purchases AND take all of valve's profits. They will easily win, because the hypocritical public almost always rules in favor of CEO's and large corporations.
History shows us that the Corporation's and CEO's only lose jury cases when said defendents are innocent.

Sure. But you have to wait for it to be available at the store. If you buy it when it's offered through steam, you get CS:Source right away, and HL2 and DOD:Source and the like are opened up to you when they are released.

I'm pretty sure the ATI coupons get Silver, because if you get hl1 source/dod source with the purchase of the hl2 box, you should get it with the ati coupon. When I got mine it said I had to send in a recipt and S+H for the HL2 box, but I just used it on my steam account =PComment

This is a civil case, meaning it's a civilian(or company) suing another civilian(or company). There is no jury. A jury is only needed in very specific situations:murder, kidnapping, etc. the only way a jury is needed when dealing with civilian vs civilian cases is when one of the parties is trolling allong with the state. I don't know how it's called in english, but it's when for example a tobacco company gets sued by a cancerpatient, stating that the other person did something obviously criminal (penal infraction). The person suing is in fact asking the country to prosecute this other person. It's complicated and I don't know much about it, but I think I'm not to far off. Anyone with more legal knowledge correct me.
But I'm 100% sure there will be no jury. It's almost a no trial case as far as I can see. Both sides need time to prepare their files, then they give it to the judge, and after a designated period of time, they have their verdict.Comment
