If the news of HL2 being delayed again for six months is true there will be hell to pay. The community will go nuts and there will be fighting in the streets. Globall war will allow aliens from some weird dimension to take control of the planet easily. There would be one man who could have stood up against them and saved the planet but he didnt get a chance to get a crowbar; all sold out because of the HL2-related global war.

I think they should just replace the shirt with a crowbar..that'd be the only reason I bought it...if it came with a real crowbar...so I could go beat scientists face in just like Gordon! And I bet i'm not the only one with this dream....
Remind me when Half-Life 2 comes out I will buy a crowbar and paint it like the original Half-Life one. Great war trophy for my wall

Why Dvd-Rom? Not everyone has a dvd-rom drive. And the price is a little high..But I am getting mine on preorder also :) But I'm still wondering about the dvd-rom, can't they just release on cd-rom?

XL Shirt would be fine for me, since i'm a fatass.

Guess we'll see what updates on this in the future.
If you dont have a DVD drive and cant afford the collectors edition then you cant get it can you. Its not rocket science.

Not everyone can go buy diamond necklaces.

dvd - not a bad plan, but it alienates anyone who doesnt have a dvd rom. yes they are cheap but its just a plain fact that not everyone has one.
lets ignore the other news post for now about poss- delay. haha

things still seem slow in pcs converting from CD to DVD.

i think HL2 would be great opportunity to throw DVD more mainstream. But forcing is risky maybe.

Lucky for us we do get CDs and steam too for HL2.

Was already mentioned by someone anyways, but collectors ED~

are for ppl with too much money.

besides playing HL2 requires a pretty HOT PC.

How can you not afford a DVD-rom1!!!1!

BUt seriously DVD drives are really cheap.

Seriously, how do people not have DVD-ROMs on their computers...?

DVD burners are starting to come standard on big name brand desktops, hell, DVD-ROMs were standard on PCs since 2000 or 2001.

I wonder how the T-Shirt will look like...?

If you want the Collectors Edition but don't have a DVD-ROM you can always enter the key into Steam and download it, right?

or... Buy a DVD drive? They are nearly as cheap as floppys on Ebay.

... I'm getting it because I hate CDs... but if it doesn't have a CD-key for a future download of DoD:Source, I may have to think it over.
