Steam Downtime Today

Update: The maintenance is finished.



According to a new Steampowered announcement there will be periods of downtime for the Steam services momentarily. Valve's Taylor Sherman provides us with the details on what to expect.

We will be performing some system maintenance over the next couple hours. During some of that time, users may not be able to launch Steam. We're sorry for the inconvenience and hope to have everything up and running as soon as possible. Thanks,

Well technically there is--Its a rumor tho..



I heard that VALVe is making a MOD (not a retail) of HL2, and it will be called CS2. It will NOT be like CS:S, but be something like it. CSS will probably definatly be retail later, but CS2 will be nothing more than a mod.

This has to be the most retarded thing I have ever read. First you say "technically there is" and then call it a rumor. Then you say it will NOT be like source, and then say it is. And then you proceed to add more bs to the rest of your post.
