It'd be a lot better if it ended at the Photochoppin' and the game had a button that allowed you to browse for and import TGA files (if you need all the transparency), or could convert an existing JPG file.

I agree completely, why should we go through a crazy process, let us just use .jpeg or another standard format!

It is actually extremely easy. Just do it once and you will see what I mean. I can easily make one in under a minute... Its not tedious at all.

You are correct, sir. I consider goatse a close second only to "tubgirl" as far as the grossest "classic" internet pictures go. I warn anyone with a shred of decency against googling either. You're not missing much, except the painful diarrheal evacuation of your souls into the foul commode that is the internet. Oh yeah, and it's nice to know that 256x256 sprays work, silly me for believing the changelog to be accurate.

Could one of you who could make it work, put the vtex.rar file in a zip please? Everytime I unpack the file, the folder vtex\hl2\materialsrc\sprays and vtex\hl2\material\sprays don't not appear and I am unable to use tga2vtf.exe converter. Even if I make those folders.

The limit is in file size (not file dimensions), so that changelog isn't entirely accurate.

talking about it is almost as painful as watching it. If you really need to know, do a google search for tubgirl (or if you don't want to...which i can totally understand, use wikipedia.org)
