I give a shit. Hell I'll give my shit for plenty of reasons, if you're ever in need of shit, just let me know, I'll poor it right there in your hands, no worry.

Although the update is great, preloading hl2, even just parts of it, would take some steam out of the vaporware-like status (you know what I mean). Also it would help with my psychose problem I have since the 30th of september last year. No mother, they can't ... , no, nooo...

Anyone else notice he picked up the barrel? Thats how we use our arms, but with no arm models, oh well.

The great thing about cable is that downloads only take ten minutes, even if you're not using BT.

Why are we hoping for a preload instead of a release? I guess some people are excited to know data is on their comp that they can't use yet.

I know a preload is pretty necessary, but come on, who gives a shit? You'll get it one way or the other, preloading earlier won't get it to you any quicker.
I understand what you're saying, but let me point out the flaw in your logic: If HL2 were to preload tomorrow, we'd probably get to play it in a week or two. If HL2 were to preload 14 years from now, we'd get to play it in about 14 years. Thus, preloading earlier will get it to us quicker.

On the other hand, if it were to preload tomorrow, it could be released in a week, or it could be released in a year.

As you may have guessed, I'm sitting at work, bored, babbling in this here comments section because I can't watch the hl2 binks. Good day.

Bah, only 300kb/s for each downloading them both from the second mirror. And why should a mirror be put up for nationalists when the vid's arent hosted on CSN anyways? Christ, that's the retarded comment of the day.

The second mirror is getting pounded right now. I'm pushing over 80 mbit a second as it is. I'll try throttling a couple other things to see if those speeds come up.

Companies sponsor CS-Nation to support a great site and show their appreciation in return for a little advertising. Nationalist only mirrors help conserve that company's bandwidth and show further support of the site. It's another incentive to encourage people to upgrade to Nationalist status.

Colocated server. RTG graphs show it actually peaked at 89 mbit.
