Oh and as far as physic clipping since people seem to care so much bodies don't pile up like in D3 but it's not noticeable. I'm still not sure if Painkiller has body stacking. The physics add so much to the game though, holy cow.

Two main problems I have with CS:S atm:

Flashes still blind you when looking away.

You can't see your own shadow.

Ya you need to see your own shadow so you can make sure its not exposed for the enemy to see like around a box or corner of wall. It also looks awesome in DOOM3 when you see yr shadow.

            i go outside

            i push a barrel

barrel flys back, i fly back

            /me stare's in disbelief

i'm just saying they could have done the physics a little nicer, instead of pushing both you AND the object, just the object should move.

Okay people think about it the cynder block is done client-side since it does not affect gameplay that much, the barrel is done server-side, so the barrel clips into the cynder block :0

I am loving all the CS:S screens.

There are more pics, and a short, 3 second clip of the hack in action. It's real, sadly.

It should also be noted that the clipping you see between the barrel and the block is because the block is handled client side, and the barrel is handled server side.

It's already been stated that smaller objects will be handled on your own computers so that's why there doesn't seem to be any interaction between the two.

EDIT: What Ghostboy said previously (Sorry for possibly not spelling your name correctly, can't see it ATM)
