    CS: Source BETA Dates

    HL2Fallout.com has reported the dates of the Counter-Strike: Source BETA release.
    » 8/11 the Cafe's turn on.

    » 8/16 CZ/ATI users pre-load.

    » 8/18 CZ/ATI turns on.

    » 8/17 HL-2 pre-load starts (textures, audio and other stuff that doesn't change).

                      I seriously doubt itll change. They way he stated it sounded like they were set in stone. Unless some stupid DDoS attacks start happening again.



                      So Im just guessin here but it sounds like to me we are looking at a early to mid Sept release!!!!

                          Only reason it would be delayed is if during the Cafe beta they find a large enough bug they need a few days to fix it.

                                      I think their closer to done, if not done already with it. Safe bet is Valve just wants CS: Source ready to ship with it now.

                                          i guess that since the Cafés began/finished preloading that these dates are reliable....the countdown can start =D
