I figured most everyone has seen that already, and since the three above are brand new as of like ... 2AM EST most here wouldn't have seen them yet

The anistropic filtering leaves a lot to be desired however
wow...most of you never cease to amaze me. its a video game. settle. if you want 'better graphics,' go outside...the resolution is rediculously high ... and no need for anti-aliasing (or whatever thats called). :-P
But yes... Chill people.
Also I enjoyed Doom 3's graphics and such, but texture wise, HL2 looks a lot better (IE: Nothing very low res that's noticable so far).Comment

Can I ask why? I've played Doom 3 quite a bit now (haven't finished it yet though), and I have to say, while D3 looks good, HL2 still looks good.
Hmm..after playing doom 3, the gfx on hl2 doesn't like that great...
For instance, alot of the models in Doom 3 are pretty meh (especially the Imps, normal maps can't save everything), while HL2's model quality is generally much higher (especially humans).
Anyway, they both look great, IMO.Comment
