Actually, I never heard of CoL. Or most of the others to be honest.

I have merely a passing interest on League play anymore. Best individuals I've ever run into online aren't even in a League. I stepped out of them too. It's all the behind the scenes crap one has to go through just to get matches and stuff set up that, over time, wears on you. (3 Years of it for me). I started playing CS because it was FUN.

It became less and less fun when it became more and more serious.



That said, (Yeah, I bothered to read about the coverage), I found the coverage by CSN of the CPL to be good. I thought it was quite funny that a real fight broke out over a computer game. Good reporting guys. Who CoL is isn't important. Geeks throwing headsets and Mountain Dews (or whatever truly happened) at a glorified LAN party is the real story.
