Nothing like a good game of CS when all of the sudden...

After a little digging, alas the reason. Taylor Sherman has posted that Steam is experiencing another DDoS Attack on their network. Judging by the looks of this, it is widespread over their servers.

This is getting on my nerves. I hate Steam and like 1.5 as much as the other WON user, but theres nothing you can do to bring WON back, and DDOS'sing Steam isnt going to help. At most the attackers are going to get themselves into trouble.

I don't get why someone would try to take out Steam...maybe it's because of WON but still...I mean if someone attacked battle.net everyone would be going 'AGH YOU DICKHOLES' but people attack Steam and nobody says boo...I wish these assheads were more vocally hated then they are.

This must be the season for DDoS attacks. A couple of torrent sites I frequent have been getting hammered lately, there's all of the problems with Steam the past few weeks, and couple of other random companies have been having problems as reported in the news. I wonder why there's been such a rash of them lately, it seems like an unusually high frequency.
