    CPL Day 4: Lower Bracket

    Lower Round 6 - de_dust2

    The lower bracket has seen most of the action today, including an incredible double overtime match between NoA and 4K earlier (scroll down for full details).

    » Rival -over- NoA :: 19-17 :: Despite NoA's stellar performance in the 4K match, America's team Rival gave them a taste of their own medicine, defeating them in a tense second round overtime.

    » Mouze -over- MiBr :: 13-7

    » Dskyline -over- EG :: 13-1

    » g3x -over- TSG :: 16-14

    CPL Day 4: Upper Bracket

    Upper Quarter Finals - de_train

    » SK -over- g3x :: 13-7 :: While all eyes are definitely on the 4K and NoA matchup, SK continues its slow, methodical climb upward toward potential victory.

    » D!E -over- Rival :: 13-6 :: D!E is showing the world that they mean business, by proving themselves unstoppable thus far at this event.

    » EYE -over- Mouz :: 13-6 :: Sweden's EYE has the potential to be a big name at this year's CPL. We'll see how the afternoon treats them.

    Titans -over- Dskyline :: 16-12

    CPL Day 4: Lower Bracket

    Lower Round 5 - de_train

    » NoA -over- 4K :: 19-15 (3-9; 9-3; 2-1; 1-2; 3-0; 1-0) :: One of the first ever international Counter-Strike teams, NoA, showed the world that if you take the top players in Counter-Strike and stick them on the same team, regardless of location, domination ensues. NoA and 4K butted heads into double overtime in the cutthroat match of the day, setting themselves up for another path to victory in the second act of this tournament. NoA's Deagle skills put down 4K's AK-47s in the first overtime, while the double overtime was a four straight wins for the team. NoA took second place at the CPL 2003 Winter Event, and are no doubt gunning for the top this time around.

    » EG -over- 3D :: 13-8 :: 3D and EG locked heads in a tie for the first half, but EG pulled ahead 7-2 during their CT half to knock out team 3D. 3D sees another disappointing CPL performance.

    MiBR -over- GG :: 13-4

    TSG -over- RS :: 16-13

                        Damn... I mean, I like NoA, they're a good team and I respect their skill... but I wanted us Brits to win for a change...

                              Not if he played how he did against 4K in the 4k & coL match. coL got smoked on dust2 and bullseye went like 2-11 one of the sides. I will have to say though he hard time being at "B" site alone as CT and only getting action there once i believe and all the other times found himself vs 3 or more.

                              I have to say i watched 2 matches and both for some reason happened to have 4K in them who were playing great. So i tip my hat to 4k i was impressed.
