Pantheon ES, an electronic sports and professional gaming website, has made another addition to its fine collection of eSport industry interviews. This time, Will "Duck" McCain, a manager for Team Stomping Grounds, was interviewed with questions regarding the "nature of professional eSport management through to some CS: Source" to name a few of the topics covered in this insightful interview.
[Pantheon]: You mentioned that had a professional image when you decided to go with them. Professionalism is something intangible to many CS players. What do you think are the important aspects of maintaining that professionalism? There is much more to be read through this convenient link.
[tsg`duck]: Well before you can maintain it you must achieve it. Defining what is considered a professional team takes a lot. Being able to represent companies, traveling to Venues and even the legal aspects of the team are all part of this. The general view of being Professional is being able to conduct your selves to the community fairly and in a mature fashion. Maturity is a key factor and I believe it goes right along with age. The last key to this is desire.
