I know CS:S is going to be bundled with HL2, but I thought existing CS players would get it anyway for free somehow.
I am buing HL2 anyway, so I don't really care.

Ricochet was small and crappy.
I am angry that I have to have it in my steam menu.
No way a programmer would lift a finger to port it.

The steam guy on the steampowered boards said that voucher holders will only be able to keep the CS: source beta for as long as it's in beta-- i'm beginning to think that these ati vouchers are only good for the single player half life 2, and not the multiplayer, which is CS. I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up.Comment

It has. I don't know for sure, but I read a separate post on the steampowered forum (from a user, not a Valve rep) that said it would include the multiplayer. I believe the user claimed he read it on the back of the box. If I can find the post, I'll reference it later.

I just sent the material into ATI (the voucher confirmation w/ receipt and bar codes), Did any of you recieve any sort of confirmation that ATI got the stuff and you're all set to go when it comes time to enter the activation code? (was that clear :)
