Oh and i just emailed Gabe and asked him if this info was correct. He said no....CS:S will be done when its done....but not in the realm of this month.

great news on cs:s... i always love opening my cs-nation link and seeing something new.



as for doom3.

ive lost interest in id games since q3... imho quake2 was the last good game id made (rtcw blew). i played the doom3 beta2 and it was ok and all, but not that great (given it is a beta and not the finished product). I think they're trying to make it look too good and not focusing on what really does count (gameplay). i firmly believe half-life 2 will dwarf doom3 when it comes to popularity and playability. words to id (MAKE ANOTHER STORY DRIVEN QUAKE GAME ALREADY)

I'm not imploying anything... I just saying I got my CS:CZ free, didn't pay anything from it, and I got it legally. Its called be friends with CompUSA workers and get free stuff and discounts that are like 50% :)
