steam is less 56k friendly, but only slightly, and only if the 56ker in question has a monthly bandwidth limit.
Very small minority there. On the whole it's a pretty nice system. it still isn't as stable as one would hope seeing as WON is shutting down, but i suppose they need to get a move on for the imminent half-life 2 release.Comment

Since WON is phasing out, I suggest to all Filipino CS 1.3 players to play CS 1.6 or put CS 1.3 on Steam.Comment

fodder0, I think it's pretty dumb aswell, but just let them be "cool" and think change is gay.. Their loss since CS 1.5 is not supported anymore in any way..Comment
