HLToolz v3.2 Released

HLToolz, the popular Counter-Strike settings configuration tool has reached version 3.2. This update includes a number of fixes and additions.

• added "command: xxx" in descriptions
  
  
• added manual config editing in the installer
  
  
• added an echo, so you can *see* that the tweaks worked in cs console!
  
  
• fixed duplicate loading times
  
  
• fixed gl_round_down (aka texture accuracy) bug
  
  
• seriously tweaked the ping engine
  
  
• updated descriptions (as of 25/06/04)
  
  
• updated presets
  
  
• updated title strings (e.g. "texture accuracy")
  
  
• removed the banner adds

to be perfectly honest, HLToolz is crap. you are better off customizing your own settings. the guy who makes this programs uses out-dated calculations, and most of the cvars he uses are locked :/

You're right. I had 100 FPS and about 20 ping yet when I used this "tweak" and turned everything to preformance settings it lowered my FPS to about 90 and raised my ping to about 40. Needless to say, its gone.
