On June 26, 2004, the Cyberathlete Professional League will turn 7! To celebrate this event, the CPL and Hitachi invite everyone to an IRC party at #HappyBirthdayCPL (GameSurge). The main attraction is a Hitachi Scavenger Hunt, where the first 100 people to complete the challenge will have the opportunity to play in the CPL Trivia Contest and win a Hitachi Deskstar 180GXP 180GB hardrive. Following this, the CPL Staff will randomly pick members from the community in a Team Sportscast Network broadcasted Counter-Strike match. The 5 players will all acquire prizes from Hitachi.
