CZ Bundled w/ X800

WAIT A SECOND, Does this means that I need to buy a new video card to play cz?

I'm not good at egnlish and don't know what "Bundel" means, so do I need to buy a new card to play CZ?

NOTE: I've a NVIDIA Geforce 2 (hehe, I know that aint the best around )

buying a 9800XT would be stupid as you get 200% more performance from a card that costs a little more (X800pro).

but it would run a bit slower with the higher detailed models compared to cs

only a problem if you get <40fps in cs

Such bullshit! People are not buying top-end videocards to play a game that's based on a 6 year old engine.. This bundle is useless..



Where did the HL2 bundle go Asus/ATI also have with the XT cards?? It would have made sense if they had HL2 bundled with the X800 cards aswell.. Webcam is nice though..

To answer your question, JacK[CB], all this means is that if you buy this new video card, you will get Condition Zero for free. It's just like a gift you get for buying the video card. ;]

Mmm that reminds, i should stop by ATI's and check that out that new XT. It's not really surprisinging they are bundling it though, they did the same with CS & HL2 (bundles wise with ati cards) hey who knows, they might do the same with Halo 2.

That is crap... I am going to demand that ATI gives me a CS2 for buying their video card. I would have waited now and gotten CS2 with it instead of the other deal... ATI is horrible at letting people know what is going to happen, sigh, yet again I must get the best video card :). I'm not a sucker though :) But I think ATI should really plan this stuff so that they don't get a bunch of pissed of buyers like me that bought the video card, and like it and now a new deal comes out, blah, that BS!!!! I say get HL2 coupon working before u get the damn CS2 coupons out, sigh, sadness with ATI... and the funny part is Nvidia is sitting back and pointing and laughing at us and ATI :)



O yeah one thing that is with the X800, IT CURRENTLY DOES NOT SUPPORT PCI Express!!!, but from what I heard from some sites that the software later when PCI Express comes out will make it PCI Express compadtible, who knows how the hell, but I suggest if anyone is looking to upgrade their computer and video card, wait and get a PCI Express 755 Intel Chipset and the X600 seriers with PCI Express :)

correction, the next cs game wont be cs2, its gonna be css (counter-strike source)
