ESWC Updates

GotFrag has posted several updates from the ESWC USA Finals event. Most shocking is the Team 3D upset by Team Stomping Grounds, where the latter defeated 3D 13-11 on de_inferno. After being dropped down to the losers bracket from the nail biting match, 3D was then eliminated by Rival from the finals on de_nuke.



Notables include a "thriller" overtime event between United 5 and TEC, with U5 edging out TEC in the end, and TSG being defeated by NoA (an intercontinential eSports team). Click here for more results and action.



UPDATE: France is now in sight for NoA after coming out on top in the winners bracket. The match between Rival, after "a blowout win on dust2" against United 5, and TSG ended with the former winning in the end and a trip to France as well.



The first Championship Game between TSG and NoA resulted in a de_train 16-13 finish in favor of TSG, where they took charge in overtime. Remember to check here for all stats and up to the minute scores.

i think it's possible 3D has lost their touch. well, on LAN at least. good thing morgan got out of 3D just in time.

If you think you can better than 3D do it. Every one talks about how they are sucking now, but yet they are still number 1 in CAL-I, and they are playing the best teams in North America. Unfortunately they cant win them all
